Recently, we ran our Gemcraft Flex Money program where potential buyers were able to use the additional money provided to pay down their closing costs, buy down their interest rate or purchase an extended interest rate lock. Now, we have another incentive program that will help our homebuyers get into their new construction homes sooner rather than later. 

With our new 2-1 Rate Buy Down incentive program, we are offering potential buyers a 2-1 rate buy down to receive a 4.875% (5.916% APR) first-year interest rate. On top of that, we’re also offering our homebuyers no closing costs on refinancing as well as giving options to take another 30% off of additional expenses.
